DESCRIPTION: The aim of this project is to build a direct reduction unit by MIDREX method and with a capacity of 1,000,000 tons per year to produce Direct Reduced Iron (DRI).

In the process of producing DRI, by means of MIDREX method, pellets in contact with reducing gases, including H2, CO and CH4, are reduced at 750 to 900. C and converted to DRI.

The product of this factory will be the main feed of steel making plants.

The most important achievements of the project are increasing the level of production of steel products and DRI as a basic product in the steel industry, the added value created to prevent the sale of raw materials and localization of MIDREX technology.

Supply consisted of over 800 ton of material and 150 km of pipes in different materials and standards (welded pipes OD max 1524 mm, TP316L,TP304L ,S31803,S32750 ALLOY 20, ) and over 100,000 pieces of piping materials (fittings, flanges) in different materials and standards (welded fitting OD max 1524 mm, F316L, WP316L, 304/304L ALLOY 20, S31803,S32750.) as well as the corrosion protection of pipes according to the prescribed technical conditions.

Production of materials,we help our customer provided through its office in China in 8 certified factories, and complete control of all products through inspection company QGS HK.

PRODUCTS QUALITY

For all deliveries we provide:

1. Material testings
2. Material inspections conducted in cooperation with test institutes
3. Certifications and approvals according to international standards and guidelines
4. For all materials / products we provide all the necessary certificates / testing: Certificate EN10204 / 3.1
5. We can provide inspection reports from independent TPI's according to customer demands (EN 10204 / 3.1 or 3.2)
